The fact that Mansoor Qureshi is now the first Pakistani-American to assist the governor of Virginia is a good thing.
Among those explicitly assigned duties by the state’s Republican governor, Glenn Youngkin, is Qureshi.
Governor Youngkin praised Qureshi and other recently appointed figures, saying he was sure their leadership will help the government fortify Virginia’s spirit and accomplish outstanding results for the Commonwealth.
Qureshi commended Governor Youngkin for believing in his ability to serve the state in an exclusive interview with Geo News.
Serving on this prestigious board and helping to advance Virginia’s development is an honor. Working with Governor Youngkin and my fellow board members to meet the needs of our varied communities is something I’m excited about.
