August 16, 2024 is when the much awaited Pakistani psychological thriller “Sanak” is supposed to have its wide theater debut. The movie, which has been delayed multiple times since September 2023 because of censorship concerns, will now be seen in Pakistan in addition to foreign theaters in the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and numerous European nations.
“Sanak,” starring Zubair Shariq, Muneeb Ali, and Shyraa Roy, is characterized as a mixture of mystery, dread, and love. The story centers on the obsession of a psychotic boyfriend with a movie actress, which sets off a string of killings directed towards her relatives.
Hassan Fareed, the director of “Raaz,” wrote the screenplay and Vikram Bhatt is the director of the movie… The film was produced by Roy Motion Pictures in collaboration with Imdad Hussain Productions, and it is being distributed in Pakistan by Zain Wali of Wali Films.
