In interbank trade, the US dollar’s value decreased by 10 paisas to Rs278.10 in relation to the Pakistani Rupee.
With an appreciation of 0.50 percent, the KSE-100 index increased by 397 points, bringing the benchmark up to 79,730 points.
According to the analysts, the Monday stock market closed at 79,333.
On September 25, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board is scheduled to convene. It is possible that during this meeting that Pakistan’s recently proposed loan program would be approved.
