The price of gold in Pakistan rose on Wednesday following a sharp decline over the previous two days.
The cost of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs600, to Rs245,600, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.
10-gram 24-karat gold saw a similar upward trend in price, increasing by Rs514 to Rs210,562. On Wednesday, 10 grams of 22-karat gold continued to cost Rs193,016.
The global gold market also displayed an upward trend. The global rate was down $10 during the trading day, according to APGJSA, and it was $2,372 per ounce.
On the local market, silver prices, however, were steady at Rs2,900 per tola.Market analysts cite a number of reasons for the increase in gold prices, such as changes in the global economy, exchange rates, and the state of the international market. In the upcoming days, consumer behavior and investment decisions may be impacted by the ongoing rise in gold prices.
