ISLAMABAD: On Monday, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasted that there would be further monsoon rains beginning on Wednesday, Independence Day, and lasting until August 18.
The meteorological service stated that monsoon winds would likely arrive in the top and middle regions of the nation, bringing with them a spell of rain, thunderstorms, and lightning.
Furthermore, the Met Office stated that they expect a partly cloudy sky with the possibility of light rain for Sindh’s coastal areas.
Rain is expected to fall throughout Punjab, including Islamabad and Rawalpindi, between August 14 and August 18.
