In order to commemorate the release of his forthcoming solo album Felt Better Alive, which is scheduled for May 16, Pete Doherty has announced a number of small-scale shows throughout the United Kingdom.
Before performing at Pryzm Kingston and Rough Trade East in London, the 45-year-old Libertines frontman will begin his tour with a special appearance at Leeds’ Brudenell Social Club.
Calvados, Doherty’s most recent single, has already thrilled fans ahead of the album’s release.
News reports that the statement was made as Doherty spoke candidly about his ongoing health issues and disclosed that he could lose his toes as a result of complications from type 2 diabetes.
