Due to injuries he received during a terrorist encounter on January 17, 2022, Constable Rashid Ali, a police officer, passed away on August 17, 2023. During the incident, militants and Ali and his fellow police exchanged gunfire in Karachi Company.
Ali and his allies were badly hurt, yet they managed to defeat the attackers. The cop battled his injuries for nineteen months before passing away.
Ali leaves behind his spouse and kids. His widow described him as a brave and loving man, and his family members expressed pride in his sacrifice. His daughters said they were honored by their father’s commitment to public safety, even though they acknowledged how devastating their loss had been.
