ISLAMABAD Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) leader Sardar Akhtar Mengal said that his lodges in Islamabad had been raided while lamenting the abuse of his party members.
Mengal claimed that Naseema Ehsan, the senator for his party, had been “abducted” and was confined to her apartment in a late-night post on X on Wednesday.
Additionally, he posted a media report that described the police raid at his Islamabad lodges; Islamabad Police later refuted this information.
Acting President of the BNP-M, Sajid Tareen, stated he was staying at Sardar Mengal’s residence when Islamabad Police informed him that they had intelligence files about the property’s occupants.
Tareen claimed to have informed the authorities that it was a form of harassment.
