On Friday, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leader Emir Sirajul Haq fired another salvo against his political opponents.
Haq expressed his thoughts, saying, “The authorities had pledged free electricity for up to 300 units. Now they must put their announcement into action throughout the current month.”
“Masses cannot be given justice with the rigged elections,” he went on to say.
Haq recalled the 2018 general elections, saying, “After the 2018 elections, we decided to stage politics with the allies.” We had to face the weight of the alliance’s politics.”
Haq expressed confidence that his party will control both 2028 and 2033.
When asked about the vote of no-confidence against the deposed premier, Haq stated, “All political powers had visited Mansoora during the no-confidence motion.”
