Tuesday saw Pep Guardiola win Premier League Manager of the Year after leading Manchester City to an unprecedented fourth straight championship.
Since joining the team in 2016, this is the seventh time the Spanish coach has taken home the trophy. He is currently the second-most successful coach in English football history, having won six league titles.
“This award reflects the hard work and excellence of the people at the club in all departments,” Guardiola stated. “I am incredibly proud to lead this team of athletes and collaborate daily with the outstanding coaches and support personnel. Having four consecutive crowns is one of my greatest professional accomplishments.
