During his three-day official visit to Pakistan, Iranian President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi declared that no force in the world could sabotage the bilateral ties between Tehran and Islamabad.
On the third leg of his journey to Pakistan, the Iranian president made these remarks at a ceremony held at the Sindh Chief Minister’s House.
According to President Raisi, history, culture, and religion have all shaped the two neighboring states’ bilateral relations. He continued, “Pakistan-Iran ties are historic.”
In view of the economic dealings between Pakistan and Iran, the US State Department had earlier today issued a warning about the “potential risk of sanctions.” This was when he made his statements.
Following his visits to Islamabad and Lahore, the Iranian president arrived with a delegation.
As the dignitaries arrived at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Governor Kamran Tessori, and other prominent members of the provincial cabinet gave them a hearty welcome.
First Lady Aseefa Bhutto, the daughter of President Asif Ali Zardari, was also at the airport to greet the dignitaries.
