Amir Khan, a Pakistani athlete, won the gold medal at the 7th Taekwondo Championship in Thailand, making his country proud. President Asif Ali Zardari is among those who have praised him for his exceptional achievement in the competition.
President Zardari praised Amir Khan for his outstanding accomplishment in a statement released from Islamabad, pointing out that the young athlete has improved Pakistan’s reputation internationally.
“Amir Khan’s exceptional skills and determination have not only brought glory to the nation but have also set a new standard for excellence in sports,” the president stated.
