Karachi: In a case involving illegal firearms and drug possession, a local court on Friday placed Kamran Asghar Qureshi, the father of Armaghan, the main suspect in the Mustafa Amir murder case, under two days of police custody.
Qureshi was taken into custody by the Karachi Police’s Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) on Thursday from Armaghan’s home in the Khayaban-e-Momin neighborhood of the Defense Housing Authority (DHA).
Earlier today, the police brought him before the Judicial Magistrate (South) court. The suspect was questioned by the court about any torture he may have endured.
