Many people are wondering, “What could have persuaded the Duke to stop at this stage?” after Prince Harry’s decision to settle his lawsuit was just made public.
Author Hannah Furness has written a piece for The Telegraph that answers the topic.
“The decision will inevitably raise questions about his finances – the settlement was an eight-figure sum, we are told,” she explained in her post. Prince Harry intended to be the one to see it through, money being no barrier, while other celebrities and regular people made settlements, some claiming they could not afford the legal bills.
The degree to which his settlement differs from the one he said his older brother got, both materially and morally, is unclear.
