Prince Harry did not attend a court hearing in his lawsuit against News Group Newspapers (NGN) on Tuesday.
Harry is suing News Group Newspapers for allegedly engaging in illegal activity from 1996 to 2011 while journalists and private investigators worked for the Sun and the now-defunct News of the World.
The Duke of Sussex is scheduled to attend the eight-week experiment in the coming months.
