Princess Kate was seen recovering from an abdominal surgery at the hospital, where Prince William was sighted paying her a visit.
In order to be with his wife in the hospital, the Prince of Wales was observed driving himself. Even though there was no malignant disease that needed to be operated on, William has rescheduled his official tasks in order to care for Kate and the kids.
