In a rare public appearance since finishing chemotherapy, the Princess of Wales greeted the Emir of Qatar to the UK alongside her husband Prince William and father-in-law King Charles.
As she begins her slow return to full duties following her cancer recovery, the future queen appeared at ease as she received the Gulf state leader during a ceremony in central London. However, she was not present at a lavish state luncheon thrown in his honor.
With the caption, “It is great to meet His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin,” Kensington Palace later shared images of Prince William and Kate Middleton with the Emir of Qatar.
