Rana Sanaullah, the prime minister’s adviser on public and political affairs, stated on Friday that the government had no involvement in the discussion process and that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was exclusively to blame for its termination.
“The government is not accountable. We started the conversation and still want to go on, but there are other ways to have conversations. Historically, one party has presented their charter of demands, to which the opposing party has responded. Speaking on the “Pakistan” show on News, the former federal minister stated, “The issues are then framed and discussed.”
According to Sanaullah, the government requested that PTI address to its demands within seven working days, or until January 28.
