Karachi: Raoof Hasan, a senior member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has reiterated that his party is in talks with the establishment.
Despite claims to the contrary, Hasan emphasized that these discussions are still going on in his Friday appearance on News’ “Pakistan” show.
“The negotiations are with individuals who are perhaps beyond Naqvi’s purview, with people who hold real influence,” Hasan said in response to host Shahzad Iqbal, who referenced Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi’s rejection of any negotiations with PTI. It is Naqvi’s problem, not ours, if he chooses not to accept this.
“Negotiations have not ended,” the PTI leader underlined. They are still in progress.
There are numerous problems on board. It’s about shifting the perspective. If talks continue and a conclusion is anticipated,.
