On Saturday, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur announced a change to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s next power show, which was originally planned for November 8 in Peshawar. He said that the public meeting would now take place on November 9 at Swabi Interchange, followed by a “final call” to remove the current government.
After visiting PTI founder Imran Khan, Gandapur made the revelation during a news conference outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. He claimed that the PTI workers were arrested and tortured as a result of their nonviolent acts, which did not respond to the harsh measures of the authorities.
The KP chief minister denounced the KTI founder’s alleged “ill-treatment” at Adiala Jail and issued a warning that such behavior toward the former prime minister would not be accepted.
