A notification outlining the updated school schedule, which will be put into effect following the Eidul Fitr vacations, was released by the Punjab Education Department.
The official notification states that the revised schedule will go into effect on April 7 and last until October 15.

Classes at single-shift schools start at 8:00 am and end at 1:30 pm, while on Fridays, schools close at 12:00 pm.
The first shift in double-shift establishments will begin at 8:00 am and end at 12:30 pm, with Friday hours changed to end at 12:00 pm.
It is planned that the second shift will start at 1:00 pm and last until 5:30 pm. The second shift will begin at 2:30 pm on Fridays, though.
