The aim of enhancing Pakistan’s judicial system through constitutional reforms has been endorsed by religious experts.
Maulana Tayyab Jami, the Chairman of Buzm-e-Khutaba Pakistan, emphasized the need of having a strong legal system, saying that “a peaceful and prosperous Pakistan will only be possible with a just legal system.”
The government should prioritize enhancing justice, and as scholars, we wholeheartedly endorse constitutional amendments that further this objective.”
The leader of Jamia Islamia Faisalabad, Mufti Masood Zafar, also commended the changes, saying, “These constitutional amendments are a positive step, according to all religious leaders.”
The common man will receive much-needed justice as a result of these reforms, which will remove obstacles to justice that existed in Pakistan.”
