KARACHI: According to The News, at least six individuals lost their lives in various traffic accidents in Karachi on Wednesday, including two ladies and a baby.
In Gulistan-e-Johar, close to the Millennium Mall on Rashid Minhas Road, a female government teacher, her husband, and another person were killed after a dumper crashed with four cars and two motorcycles. However, one person suffered significant injuries in the collision that reportedly resulted from a huge vehicle rushing.
The names of the deceased were Maryam Zahra, Kamran, and Farooq. The 18-year-old Ziaur Rehman, Farooq’s son, was identified as the injured party.
According to the police, Kamran passed away from his wounds after being taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre in a critical condition. The catastrophe also claimed the life of his wife, Zahra.
