The well-known actor Robert Downey Jr., who plays Ironman, disclosed the beverage he always had first thing in the morning.
The Avengers: Endgame actor told People magazine, while promoting his recently released coffee line, that a hot cup of coffee was an essential part of his morning ritual.
“I get out of bed and land on my knees. “I roll downstairs for coffee after saying one of several prayers, usually ones of gratitude or just, ‘Please let me stay out of my way,'” the 58-year-old actress admitted.
Robert also mentioned his battles with substance misuse and his path to recovery, saying, “I credit coffee, in part, for my sanity.”
The Oppenheimer hitmaker later in the confessional reminisced on his early school years and remarked, “To me, it is family,” before adding, “It is home.” That coffee in the morning makes me think of my mom getting ready to drop me off at school.
The three-time Oscar nominee said, “You want to talk about’mother’s little helper,’ back in the ’60s and ’70s, it’s the unsung hero of proper parenting,” before concluding the discussion.
