McColgan finished in 31 minutes and 36 seconds, placing him 15th in the 10,000 meters at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

Rowe was the first to cross the line in 29:14, followed by Seyfu Jamaal in 29:42 and Tewelde Menges in 29:55.
In 22:13, David Weir won the wheelchair race for men, while in 38:37, Martyna Snopek won it for women.
The 10km race takes place in the heart of London, passing by the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Nelson’s Column before coming to a conclusion at Buckingham Palace.
