The legal dispute between Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds and Justin Baldoni has intensified, and they are now requesting that Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s lawyer, be sanctioned by the court for allegedly making “extrajudicial statements” to the media.
Additionally, their legal team is taking action to stop Freedman from testifying against Lively in her retaliation and sexual harassment case against Baldoni.
The latest legal move, which further exacerbates the conflict between the It Ends With Us co-stars, comes hours after Lively and Reynolds formally asked for Baldoni’s $400 million defamation and extortion case against them to be dismissed, according to Deadline.
Additionally, Lively and Reynolds’ attorneys will attempt to obtain a protection order during a pretrial session scheduled for February 3 before federal Judge Lewis J. Liman in New York.
