Last December, the aircraft from London to Hamburg was delayed due to an alleged incident.
According to Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court records, the former Page 3 model said PC Ashley Smith, “I know where you Iive.”
Fox, 58, had already entered a guilty plea to the charge of being intoxicated and unruly on December 3, 2023, at Heathrow Airport.
She also acknowledged harassing, upsetting, or frightening a police constable with threatening behavior.
District Judge Tan Ikram sentenced Fox on Monday, imposing a 12-month community order that includes a £1,000 fine and a maximum of 25 days of rehabilitative activity requirements.
She had created a “great inconvenience” for the airline and its customers, Mr. Ikram told Fox.
Fox showed up in court dressed in a white shirt and pants. After she denied hitting her wife Linda Olsen during the claimed event, she was scheduled to go on trial.
However, the charge was dropped when it was realized that there was no longer a realistic chance of conviction due to changes in the evidence.
