According to local outlet WBTW, Guiry was also sentenced to pay $757 in fines. The “Mystic River” actress received credit for time spent as well.
The Horry County solicitor has been contacted by News for a statement.
On June 2, Guiry was allegedly observed tossing a dumbbell into his neighbor’s jeep’s windshield, according to a police report that WBTW was able to obtain.
Before hurling the 35-pound weight at the windshield, the 42-year-old actor lifted it over his head. He then made his way back to his house in the Myrtle Beach neighborhood, crossing a few lawns in the process.
A spokesman for Guiry did not immediately reply to a request for comment from News .
“Really?” the neighbor allegedly asked Guiry when the police were addressing him. There has been window shattering.”
The reported response from Guiry was, “That sucks man, I’ll pay you back, I’m sorry, I’m gonna get you back.” He also exclaimed, according to the police, “I did it.” I apologize, dude. I will return to retrieve you. I promise to repay you, brother. I’m sorry.
The neighbor said that Guiry showed up at his front door with a knife in his hand. Before the neighbor approached Guiry, he allegedly followed the neighbor’s wife into the garage while carrying the knife, according to WBTW.
