As the notorious Sara Sharif murder trial continues in London’s Old Bailey court, fresh information comes to light. The most recent development in the trial revealed that the 10-year-old girl may have worn the hijab to conceal injuries to her head and face.
At her house in Woking, a suburb southwest of London, Sara was discovered dead in August 2023 following a campaign of “serious and repeated violence,” according to the prosecution.
According to a BBC story, the victim had numerous injuries from the post-mortem investigation, including “probable human bite marks,” an iron burn, and scalding from hot water.
Sara Sharif’s stepmother Beinash Batool, 30, her father Urfan Sharif, 42, his wife, and the girl’s uncle Faisal Malik, 29.
