An region spanning the breadth of northern Gaza is under the hands of troops and is being cleared. Between the Mediterranean Sea and the Israeli border, hundreds of buildings have been destroyed, primarily by deliberate explosions, according to satellite photos and videos.
Additionally, photos reveal that Israeli vehicles and troops have been positioned on both sides of the artificial boundary. According to analysts, the pictures imply that Gaza is being divided into areas for better management.
The IDF is “targeting terrorist operatives and infrastructure” in north Gaza, an IDF official informed the media.
The satellite photographs indicated that Israel was getting ready to prevent Palestinian civilians from returning to the north Gaza governorate, according to Dr. H A Hellyer, a Middle East security specialist with the Rusi think tank.
