Government schools are providing young female pupils with the necessary knowledge to defend themselves against internet harassment and fraud.
To teach girls about internet safety tools, a series of lectures has been organized under the “Children’s Cyber Security Training Programme.”
Zahwah Noore Fatima, a 14-year-old student and child rights campaigner, is one of the initiative’s most notable figures. Speaking to girls in the age range of 15 and up, Zahwah gave them advice on how to properly secure their online presence as well as insights into the important areas of online safety.
Zahwah recently spoke on the risks of cyberbullying and online abuse during a session held by the program at Government Kinnaird Girls High School in Lahore.
