In Kotli, Azad Kashmir, the Special Communications Organization (SCO) has opened a Freelancing Hub and Software Technology Park. The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Major General Umar Ahmad Shah, the Director General of SCO, in the presence of countless young people and students as well as civil and military dignitaries.
This establishment is a component of the larger SCO effort, which has created more than 40 cutting-edge software technology parks throughout Azad Kashmir. These parks, which have state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure, are intended to give local youngsters in isolated and impoverished regions of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir opportunity.
Through the provision of contemporary technical resources, the SCO hopes to empower the youth of the region. This program is a component of a broader effort to improve digital capabilities and generate revenue in various fields.
