Around 11.50 a.m. on Sunday, the white Vauxhall Corsa collided on the M9 between junctions 8 and 9. It was traveling south at the time.
Prior to the collision in the Stirling region, the car was engaged in a pursuit, according to Police Scotland.
After emergency personnel arrived, the male driver, 27, was declared dead on the spot.
The car’s two male occupants, ages 19 and 20, were brought to Forth Valley Royal Hospital for medical examinations.
Police Scotland Chief Inspector Mark Patterson stated: “Our thoughts are with the man’s family,, and comprehensive inquiries are ongoing to uncover the full.
“We are requesting that any witnesses, especially drivers who have dashcam footage, please get in contact,” he continued.
