The attorney for Sean “Diddy” Combs has resigned from the case.
In his move to withdraw counsel on Friday, Anthony Ricco put it this way: “Under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs.”
Prior to the motion being filed, it was stated that Ricco and lead lawyer Mark Agnifilo had conversations.
Furthermore, Ricco stated that he will not be giving any explanation for his choice and that his action will not impact Diddy’s May trial date.
The discredited music mogul was arrested in September 2024 and is currently detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
