RAWALPINDI: According to the military’s media wing on Monday, security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Kulachi area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan district, killing two terrorists and capturing another.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reports that the operation was carried out on December 9 (today) in response to the militants’ alleged presence.
“During the conduct of the operation, our troops effectively engaged Khwarij [terrorists] location, as a result of which two Khwarij were sent to hell, while one Kharji was apprehended in injured condition,” stated the statement.
Additionally, according to the ISPR, guns and ammunition were found in these terrorists, who continued to actively engage in terrorist attacks against security personnel and the targeted murder of defenseless civilians.
