SLAMABAD: On Thursday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) said that the seven MNAs who support the coalition government would vote no on the proposed constitutional revisions.
“Only in their books are the government’s figures complete. “Out of fear, the government did not consult its members or provide an answer,” said Barrister Gohar Khan, the chairman of the PTI.
Reliable sources had informed him about the seven members of the Treasury Bench’s unwillingness to cast ballots, he claimed.
He stated, “The government members said they will not vote even if they are disqualified,” and that the lawmakers felt that approving the constitutional modifications would go against their conscience.
