According to the lawsuit, the accused sexually assaulted the singer when she was employed as a hairstylist and cosmetics artist for the Grammy-winning performer, under the alias “Jane Roe”.
According to the woman’s lawsuit, between 2017 and 2019, he also allegedly made sexually suggestive remarks to her and repeatedly touched her.
Mr. Brooks described the woman’s complaint as “extortion and defamation” in a statement to the news.
The complainant claims that in May 2019, Mr. Brooks requested her to accompany him to a Grammy tribute in Los Angeles on his private jet.
Upon their arrival at the hotel, Mr. Brooks only had one reservation.
Her lawsuit claims that after entering the hotel unit, Mr. Brooks entered the bedroom and showed himself nude in the doorway before raping her.
According to the lawsuit, she claims that Mr. Brooks made more sexual advances after the alleged incident, coercing her into touching his genitalia and disclosing his desires.
In addition, Mr. Brooks allegedly suggested to Jane Roe that they go out as a threesome with his wife, fellow country music icon Trisha Yearwood, according to the lawsuit.
