Thursday night, Mrs. Myers gave an emotional farewell to her “wonderful Dave” in an Instagram post that she shared with the 354,000 followers of the Hairy Bikers account. She called him a “loyal friend, amazing stepdad, and exceptional husband.”
“My husband, David Myers, was a larger-than-life character, and he did everything with passion, enthusiasm, and generosity of spirit,” she wrote.
“His energy was endless when it came to cooking and talking recipes, or biking and talking bikes.”
