After revealing that she used cocaine for the Netflix series Griselda, in which she portrayed notorious drug lord Griselda Blanco in the 1970s and 1980s, Sofía Vergara left the crowd in splits on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The Latina actress said during her appearance on the NBC late-night program that she had no knowledge how to use cocaine or smoke cigarettes; director André Baiz had to teach her both of those skills.
“I had no knowledge at all. I learned how to smoke from him. I learned how to do cocaine from him. The 51-year-old said, “He taught me a lot,” to which the presenter replied, “Okay, hold on, hold on.”
Sofía did not seem to catch the memo, as the audience laughed along with the song.
It was remarkable since, at 51 years old, I was illiterate, not even knowing how to light a cigarette. Never have I used cocaine. Thus, it was very great. It was quite the wonderful experience.
But in the end, the Chef celebrity found out about the atmosphere in the room. “The cocaine I produced was phony,” she quickly clarified.
However, I had to act fake. Additionally, the smoke is phony. Everything was phony. However, the acting was authentic.
