KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicted on Wednesday that Karachi would see sporadic light to moderate rainfall in certain areas, with partly overcast and humid conditions likely to persist for the next 24 hours.
The Met Office said that the minimum temperature was 27 °C, and that the maximum temperature will be between 32 and 34 °C.
According to a statement from the department, “the air is 81% humid and winds are coming from the west at a speed of 10 km/h.”
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz later stated that there was very little likelihood of rain in Karachi today and that the monsoon winds have weakened significantly.
