The well-known artist Nicki Minaj has made it quite evident that she and pop sensation Taylor Swift are not at odds.
Nicki lauded the Midnight hitmaker on X, the former Twitter platform, and stated that she would work with the 34-year-old singer in a heartbeat.
During the billionaire singer’s record-breaking Eras Tour, the rapper also praised the singer for continuously releasing excellent music.
She also stated that her conflict with Taylor on Twitter from 2015 had long since ended.
This is in response to the rapper’s denial of controversial artist Kanye West’s request to incorporate lines from their 2018 (unreleased) song New Body into his next album Vultures.
Nicki first gave Taylor acclaim after
Swifties were confused, believing her to be attacking the singer of Cruel Summer.
This occurred when Nicki attacked the Billboard charts for penalizing her for participating in a fan contest and having her album sales for Pink Friday 2 reduced.
Nicki managed to break into the top 5, however Pink Friday 2 is currently down to number two, behind 1989 (Taylor’s Version). Notably, one of Taylor’s LPs fell out of the top five due to the album’s performance.
