ISLAMABAD: On Thursday, the federal capital’s educational authorities declared summer breaks for all federally funded schools, colleges, and institutions, beginning on June 10.
In this context, a notice was released announcing that, due to summer vacations, educational establishments in the federal capital will be closed from June 10 to July 31.
The Punjab government released the schedule for public and private schools in the province for the upcoming summer break last month.
According to the statement, schools in the province will be closed from June 1 until August 14.
Because of the extreme temperatures that have been reported in several cities throughout the nation, the Punjabi government has also shortened the hours of instruction.
The school day runs from Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
