With a $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts, Taylor Swift is clearly in the giving mood.
The funds will be given to Feeding America, the nonprofit organization announced on Tuesday. The CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot said, “We’re incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts.”
She went on in the statement, “This contribution will help communities rebuild and recover, providing people affected by these devastating storms with supplies, clean water, and essential food.” When we work together, we can truly help families overcome the obstacles that lie ahead.
“Thank you, Taylor, for standing with us in the movement to end hunger and for helping communities in need,” the 60-year-old went on.
