Kirsten Dunst shared her unpopular viewpoint of a well-known moment she co-directed with Toby Maguire for the film Spiderman.
The 41-year-old actress, who played the role of Mary Jane Watson in the science fiction movie from 2002, shared her memories of the scene where she shared a kiss with the 48-year-old actor.
In an interview with The Jonathan Ross Show, Kirsten described the moment she had to give Toby an upside-down kiss as “miserable.”
“I recall director Sam Raimi giving me a book of well-known kisses as inspiration, but he also really wanted to make it special, even though the process of doing it was kind of miserable,” the actress recalled.
The American actress also revealed that Toby “couldn’t breathe” due to the frigid temperature.
She playfully said, “It was freezing, pouring rain, and Tobey couldn’t breathe, so it was almost like I was resuscitating him.”
Additionally, Kirsten discussed her most recent movie, Civil War, which hit theaters earlier this month.
