ISLAMABAD According to The News, the National Prevention of Violent Extremism Policy 2024 was approved by the federal cabinet on Monday, following the interior ministry’s recommendation.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif spoke during the conference and emphasized the effects of recent protests in Islamabad, which led to a 3,000-point decline in the value of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
But once normalcy returned to the city, he observed, the market recovered quickly.
The prime minister urged a targeted strategy to promote economic expansion and advance GDP via stability.
He urged everyone to put in a lot of effort in a variety of areas in order to boost the economy, increase production, exports, and remittances, as well as to support domestic industry, generate jobs, and establish Special Economic Zones.
According to Shehbaz, revenue collection has also increased as compared to the prior year.
