KARACHI: The International Cricket Council said Friday that the winners of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 will take home $2.24 million out of a $6.9 million prize fund.
The losing semi-finalists will receive $560,000 each, a 53% rise from the 2017 edition, while the runners-up of the famous competition will receive $1.12 million, according to an ICC statement.
Teams that place fifth and sixth will each receive $350,000, while each group stage victory will be worth $34,000. All eight participating teams will receive $125,000 for competing, with the seventh and eighth-place teams receiving $140,000.
The competition, which will take place in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi from February 19 to March 9.
