KARACHI: Pakistan’s overall foreign exchange reserves was at US$ 13,020 million on March 1, 2024, down $18.5 million, according to ARY News, quoting the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
According to a statement from the central bank, the country’s total liquid foreign reserves were US$13,020 million in the week ending March 1, 2024, compared to US$ 13,038.5 million in the week ending February 23, 2024.
The SBP’s foreign exchange reserves have fallen by $54 million to $7,895.7 million as a result of loan repayments. Meanwhile, commercial banks’ net foreign reserves totaled $5,124.3 million.
