ISLAMABAD: The Immigration and Passports Department ceased issuing new passports owing to what it described as a link-down that prohibited the department from entering data.
According to the details, the issue originated at the Passport and Immigration offices. They stated that the problem would be resolved and that operations would soon resume.
They stated that data entry for passports is not being completed due to the connectivity down.
