The government of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif declared on Tuesday that the price of gasoline will not change, but the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) would increase by Rs5 per liter for the ensuing two weeks.
“The Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has worked out the consumer prices of petroleum products, based on the price variations in the international market,” reads a notification from the finance ministry.
The pricing of petroleum items for the upcoming two weeks, beginning on October 16, 2024, were added.
