Justice attacked the Democratic presidential ticket in a recent interview with News, focusing on Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minn., the vice presidential candidate, for policies she claimed would hurt American children and restrict parents’ ability to choose how their children are educated.

Former school board members Justice and Tina Descovich co-founded the conservative organization in 2021 in an effort to mobilize parent activists to oppose public education.
Moms for Liberty was founded on the belief that the COVID-19 rules implemented by public schools negatively affected the educational experiences of children. Since then, they have taken a stance against books that are sexually explicit and that are kept in public school libraries. They have also contested pro-LGBTQ agendas that they feel have been forced upon a large number of the nation’s students without their parents’ permission.
